Q1: How do I access ABT X Travels Online booking facility?
A: Simply open www.abtxtravels.com web site and Select the link 'E-Booking' or make use of the 'Book Now' Option in the home page itself.
Q2: How Can I Register in your website to book the tickets?
A: There is no need to register. You can directly book the tickets with sufficient information of passenger and booker like name, age, gender, contact number, emailid, etc.

How does an E-ticketing at www.abtxtravels.com work?

A: ABT X Travels web sales engine allows booking one way or return trip in 4 simple steps with features such as interactive calendar, low fare option, flexible schedule options / displays, dynamic itinerary display, etc.

The reservation must be made online at www.abtxtravels.com at least 2 hours before departure.

You will need to pay online through your credit card.We accept all Master and Visa Cards.

On purchase, the system will generate your itinerary receipt which is an e-ticket and display the same on the screen. On it, you will find the key information about your reservation and buses. Compulsarily you need to print the same and produce it for Boarding.

Also, an email will be sent to the passengers email address which can also produced for boarding.

Your boarding pass will be issued against the E-Ticket/E-Mailand the valid identification
Q4: What is an Electronic ticket?
A: Electronic Ticket is ABT X Travels' ticketless travel service. An innovative way of using technology of issuing tickets electronically which eliminates traditional paper tickets and creates an electronically held record (ticket) of the transaction. This electronic image of the ticket is stored in the ABT X Travels reservation system.
Q5: Why should I buy an e-ticket? What are the benefits?
A: e-Ticket is a convenient, fast and safe option to the regular physical paper ticket.

Now no more worries about losing or having the ticket stolen.

You can book a confirmed ticket on www.abtxtravels.com up to 2 hours prior to departure.

It's convenient: you can buy and print your Electronic Ticket online in your home / office.

It’s safe: the Electronic Ticket cannot be lost or stolen.

It's fast: you no longer have to collect the ticket from our office or rush to the counter to meet ticketing deadlines
Q6: If I don't receive a paper ticket, how can I know that the booking is made and correct?
A: Although you do not receive a conventional paper ticket, you will receive an itinerary/receipt confirming your booking on your screen. This itinerary/receipt will also be sent to you by email either of which can be printed and used for boarding.
Q7: Are Electronic tickets available to all destinations?
A: Yes e-tickets are available for all Locations.
Q8: Can I make changes, cancel or refund my reservation that I have already made on www.abtxtravels.com?
A: cancellations can be made online.

Passengers in holding an e-ticket booked online can cancel the tickets on line. They can cancel individual seat in a ticket or the Whole Ticket.
Refund against e-tickets will be processed against valid identification and the amount due after deducting the applicable charges will be credited back to the Credit Card account.
Q9: How many tickets can I book online?
A: You can book a maximum of 4 seats at a time (adults and children included).
Q10: Can I still make reservations if I already have a ticket?
A: Yes of course. You can book more than one ticket.
Q11: Will I see a confirmation page after I have just made a booking online?
A: Yes, you will see a confirmation page after making a successful booking. If you do not see one, please contact us at customercare@abtxtravels.com.
Q12: When will you charge my credit card after I have made a booking online?
A: Once you have confirmed your booking online, we will immediately debit your credit. This applies even if you decide to change your travel plans right after. Please contact us at customercare@abtxtravels.com should you like to rearrange your travel plans or would like to seek a refund. Please note that refund and/or cancellation charges may apply according to applicable fare conditions.
Q13: How do I pay for tickets purchased online?
A: Payment for online bookings can only be made through credit card. We accept Master and Visa credit cards.

Please note: The credit card used to pay for tickets may be required at check-in or during refund processing.
Q14: Can I use my debit card to book online?
A: We accept all bank Debit Cards.
Q15: Are online transactions safe?
A: ABT X Travels is committed to the safety and security of the online transactions. Customer’s credit card is as safe as possible when booked on abtxtravels.com.

Information exchanged with us online is treated securely and protected by Verisign, by using the internationally accepted and industry standard powerful encryption technology (128 bit secure socket layer, SSL). This software encrypts customer’s personal data as it is sent between the browser and our systems.

The web booking engine is directly connected to ABT X Travels Reservation System, which has direct links to the Credit Card associations for credit card processing, avoiding that transactions get further exposed on the web. The Credit Card associations' reliability and security standards are utilized for these links.
Q16: How can I collect my tickets?
A: E-tickets will be issued for all bookings made online at www.abtxtravels.com

On a successful purchase the system will generate an Electronic Ticket and a printable ticket will be displayed. The ticket is your confirmation of travel. You will also receive an email with the status of your booking. You can print the confirmation shown on your screen or print the email.

Then all you have to do is walk in to the boarding point and check-in with valid identification and printed Ticket copy. Your boarding pass will be issued against the Ticket Copy.
Q17: What itineraries can I book online?
A: You can book a one-way or return trips.
Bookings can be made for adults and children.
Q18: Can I modify my itinerary during the booking process?
A: Before purchasing or payment, you can modify your cities, travel dates & times along with your connection preference with the help of the left hand navigation link “E- Booking”
Q19: Can I 'Book & Hold' a reservation and pay later?
A: abtxtravels.com currently does not offer the facility to Book & Hold a reservation online. All booking must be completed by paying using a credit card.
Q20: If I don't have a credit card, can I still book a reservation on abtxtravels.com?
A: If you would like to make your reservation and purchase your tickets online, you must have a valid credit card.
Q21: How far in advance can I book a Trip?
A: You can book a trip up to 30 days in advance.
Q22: Can I make a reservation for anyone?
A: Yes, you can book online for any one provided you use your valid credit card and provide correct passenger details while booking.
Q23: Can I select my seat online?
A: You can select the seat on your own.
Q24: Can I apply the value of an unused ticket or travel voucher as credit towards an online ticket purchase?
A: Currently, we cannot accept any credit or vouchers for online purchases.
Q25: Are there any changes for check-in or boarding for a ticket booked online?
A: The Printed copy of the tickets booked online is necessary for check-in process or boarding.
Q26: Do I need to reconfirm my reservations?
A: Reconfirmation of abtxtravels buses is required to avoid last minute confusions.
Q27: How do I find out the conditions of a fare?
A: While booking online, you will be provided with a Page showing various Routes, Bus Types, Timings and Fares.
Q28: Can I lose an e-ticket?
A: You cannot lose an e-ticket as it is electronically generated and stored in our reservation system.
Q29: Is my online booking confirmed?
A: When you purchase your ticket online, your booking is confirmed at the time of purchase and you will receive a confirmation on your screen and also by email indicating that your transaction was successful. For valid reason(s) if your ticket does not get generated online, your itinerary receipt will show an alert as 'Your Ticket was not issued'. Hence this itinerary receipt cannot be used for journey.

In this situation please write to us at customercare@abtxtravels.com to get your ticket issued.
Q30: Where do I go if I want to choose my buses based on price?
A: The booking site offers multiple pricing options. You may specify your preferred pricing options and start your booking process.
